About This Quote

When I was in middle school, I read a book called “Life is a Tragedy of Nutrition.” It was an interesting book because it spoke about how our bodies are completely dependent on our food. If we don’t get enough to eat, we will die. Most of the book explained the need for us to eat and what we should and shouldn’t eat. The book also explained that we could even die from eating the wrong kind of food at the wrong time.
